A charity football tournament with a difference raised more than £800 for children’s cancer charity CLIC Sargent.
The Atrium Club, Ely, held a human table football tournament during the World Cup and raised £380.63.
Kate deBondt, sales and marketing manager at the Atrium Club, said: “It’s always great to get everyone outside and to get active but knowing that we were raising money for such a fantastic and worthy charity like CLIC Sargent made it even more rewarding.”
Area fund-raising manager Karen Roberts said: “We are really grateful for the support of everyone involved in this event and especially the staff at the Atrium Club for organising it.
“It has been a great summer for sport and to raise vital funds whilst being involved and having fun is fantastic.”
