ASBO mum Susan Statham failed to meet probation officers after being hurt in a fight with her brother.
Susan Statham, 21, of New Barns Avenue, Ely, was in court last Tuesday to be sentenced for a public order offence, which she had pleaded guilty to at a previous court appearance.
A report had been requested from the probation service.
But Statham, who has a two-year-old daughter, failed to make an appointment with them, claiming to have been hurt in a fight with her brother.
She is due to be sentenced on September 25.
Statham will also face trial for breaching an ASBO by shouting and swearing after jumping into the River Great Ouse while drunk, which she denies.
