FIRE crews were called out to Stretham late last night after arsonists set fire to a recycling bin.
The incident took place at around 10pm last night (Friday) with a fire crew from Ely called to reports of a large recycling bin on fire near on Short Road, near to a petrol station.
The blaze had also spread to a nearby fence but was quickly brought under control by firefighters who had extinguished the blaze by around 10.20pm.
