PARENTS and pupils from the Robert Arkenstall Primary School in Haddenham turned out in force to support the return of the annual school fete last week.

The fete, which featured a host of traditional favourites including stalls, raffles and plenty of games, was held in the school playground with hundreds of local people turning out to help raise more than �2000 for charity.

Headteacher Dominic Sharp, said: "The weather on the day was perfect and the event was very well supported by parents and the community. There was lots to do for parents and children and we managed to raise a lot of money for charity which was great.
