AN application to slap a second ASBO on 20-year-old Faye Szulc is to be contested, Ely magistrates were told on Thursday.
Szulc, of Churchgate Street, Soham, has admitted assaulting a teenage girl in Soham on August 10, and on Thursday her sentencing was adjourned, for her to be assessed for alcohol treatment.
"This offence was drink related," her solicitor Nicholas Barnes told Ely magistrates. "For the first time in her life she had obtained paid employment, and it is hoped this will help address her pattern of offending."
Szulc, who was given a two year anti-social behaviour back in June 2006, is due back in court on December 4; the ASBO application is due to be heard by the court on January 29.
