A CHARGE of affray has been denied by 23-year-old Stephan Mann, of Downham Road, Ely.
It is alleged Mann committed the offence in Market Street, Ely, on May 11. City magistrates gave him unconditional bail until July 12, when the date of his trial is due to be set.
The court also agreed to remit £450 in fines owed by Mann, after being told they could have been lodged when he served time in custody earlier this year.
