Dozens of people got into the festive spirit at the weekend as Adams Heritage Centre in Littleport held its annual Christmas market.

Adams market was transformed into Santa’s workshop on Saturday (December 2) as part of a community project funded by the Heritage Lottery.

Members of the The Field Theatre Group were the ones behind the textile and story gathering project and they will run various workshops in January 2018.

A Field Theatre Group spokesman said: “Thank you to all who turned up to show your support at the the launch of the project at the Adams Christmas market today.

“We are really looking forward to meeting our participants in the New Year, our first workshop will be on Saturday January 13, 10am until 2pm at the Adams Heritage Centre.”
