Ely magistrates also put another five points on Stobart's driving licence, and fined him �145 with �35 costs and a �15 surcharge.

Stobart, 38, of Burton Latimer, was driving a Mercedes Sprinter at the time of the offence, that vehicle has a speed limit of 60 mph.
