The Cottenham yesteryear road run raised almost £10,000 for the Arthur Rank Hospice charity.
In a spectacular display, nearly 300 classic and vintage vehicles trundled through eight villages and communities came together to support the event by donating via the collection buckets or buying refreshments along the route.
There was also a tombola and fun fair on Cottenham Green.
Best-in-show trophies went to a 1947 AJS motorbike, a 1961 Nash Metropolitan and a 1972 Massey Ferguson 135.
The event founder, farmer Robert Smith, had the idea in 1994 and since then has raised more than £170,000. Robert died three weeks before the 2017 event after a long illness but would have been delighted with the amount raised.
The Arthur Rank Hospice Charity, said the run was a “booming success”.
