The Lisa Barns Memorial Fund raised more than £800 for the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity at the Haddenham Steam Rally and Heavy Horse show.
Charity volunteers attended both days of the event, held last weekend, and charity founder Robert Barns, hailed it a great success, with £834.50 raised.
The winning ticket for the charity’s pink wheelbarrow competition, drawn by Ruth Young, was Gloria Higginson, from Mepal.
Mr Barns said: “Saturday, although cloudy, was still a good fundraising day. On Sunday the sunshine brought out the crowds. We had a great day and once again the people of Ely and surrounding area where so very generous.
“I would like to thank Ruth Young, secretary, and the Haddenham Steam Rally committee for their help and support and also the army of volunteers who gave up their time to help on the two days.”
