The Met Office has issued mixed weather warnings in Cambridgeshire ahead of Storm Goretti's arrival.
Storm Goretti is set to hit the region today (January 8), with two different warnings in place across Cambridgeshire.
A yellow warning for snow is in place for areas including Huntingdon, St Neots, St Ives, Ramsey, Yaxley, Peterborough and March.
People living in these areas should expect possible travel delays on roads, delays or cancellations to rail services, rural communities may be cut off, and power cuts may occur.
The warning is in place from 5pm tonight to 12pm tomorrow (January 9).
A separate yellow warning is in place for rain in areas including Ely, Soham, Downham Market, Wisbech, areas near March and some parts of Peterborough.
This warning is in place from 6pm tonight until 9pm tomorrow (January 9).
It is the same picture on Friday (January 9) for many areas, with Huntingdonshire and Peterborough remaining in a yellow weather warning for snow and East Cambridgeshire and Fenland in a yellow weather warning for rain.
