A care home was touched by winter joy after residents woke to find their garden transformed by snow.

Hilton Park Care Home in Bottisham quickly turned the frosty morning into a heartwarming experience by supporting residents to enjoy the garden and the peaceful, wintry scenery.

Residents wrapped up warm to take in the fresh winter air and make the most of the snowfall.

Laughter filled the garden as some residents enjoyed playing with snowballs, sparking fond memories.

Geanina Tinca, home manager at Hilton Park, said: "Seeing the residents’ smiles and excitement as they enjoyed the snow was truly special.

"It’s moments like these that make a real difference to wellbeing and remind us how valuable shared experiences are."
