A restaurant in Ely is hosting a 'Santa’s workshop experience' and running a festive charity campaign.

Activities at Amelie at Ben’s Yard on Monday December 22 are set to include a festive glitter bar, craft stations, making reindeer food and refreshments.

Along with his team, head chef Rory Landells will serve a children’s breakfast, which is included in the £22 ticket price.

The restaurant will also be open for parents.

Amelie is also introducing a charity dessert that has been created for the season.

For every homemade apple and raisin crumble tart sold, £1 will be donated to Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust.

Alex Crepy, co-owner of Amelie, said: "We’re proud to have the opportunity to give back to the community whilst offering something delicious.”
