A star of a popular BBC sitcom is coming to Cambridgeshire next month.
Gavin and Stacy's Larry Lamb - who played Mick Shipman - is set to visit Ely on June 18.
The famous actor, who also played Archie Mitchell in BBC soap EastEnders, will be at The Lighthouse Auditorium, Chapel Street, to talk about his debut novel, All Wrapped Up.
The event is being organised by Topping & Company Booksellers, who say: "Informed by his years of experience in film and television, Larry Lamb will give an inside look at the industry; the trials, tribulations, and hard won successes of producing a piece of cinema."

One of Larry Lamb’s scenes in the final episode of Gavin & Stacy as Mick Shipman, the father of Gavin (Mathew Horne), saw Smithy ask for his opinion before deciding not to marry Sonia.
It was also nominated for the 2025 Bafta memorable moment award.
Prior to the final episode, the show spanned for three series following the lives of Essex-born Gavin and his Welsh wife Stacey and their friends and family, after they first met on work phone calls.
Doors for the Ely event open at 6.40pm for a 7pm start time.
