More than 100 disadvantaged children in East Cambridgeshire had a very special day out.
The Rotary Club of Ely took part in the annual Kids Out Day on June 12, which sees around 20,000 disadvantaged children taken out for the day.
The Ely Club visited Wicksteed Park, in Northamptonshire, with more than 100 children for "a great day out".
Wicksteed Park hosted 4,200 children, along with their teachers and their carers.
Rotary Clubs across the country take part in this event every year.
Robert Barnes, the organiser, said "We have been doing this for many years, really enjoying our special day with all these wonderful people.
"We appreciate help from Soham Staploe Rotary Club and a very big thank you for my team, Dana, Julie, and Mike who helped out on the day."
Robert went on to say: "This is one of those very special events, this is what Rotary does best, helping those less fortunate than ourselves."
