Temperatures are set to soar across Cambridgeshire this weekend with up three “days of bright and sunny conditions”.

After raining weather and storms last week, temperatures of up to 24 degrees are expected in the county.

It comes as the bank holiday weekend saw Cambridgeshire experience a mix of rain and sunny spells.

The Met Office issued yellow weather warnings for parts of England, Wales, and southern Scotland on Monday, as it warned that thunderstorms and heavy rain could cause flooding.
