Students at King's Ely celebrated Red Nose Day in style last week.

On March 18, pupils and staff in nursery through to year 13 got behind the annual fundraising campaign for Comic Relief.

The charity supports local community organisations, such as baby banks, food banks, health workers and youth safe-spaces, not just in the UK but across the globe.

Students and staff donned the reddest accessories they could find. From socks, bandanas, T-shirts and hair bows, to sunglasses, bow ties, waistcoats, caps, nail varnish, and face paint - they wore it.

King's Ely Prep School raised £381 on the day.

At Senior and Sixth Form, pupils and staff wore non-uniform, and a ‘splash of red’ day was held at Acremont Nursery and Pre-Prep.
