Three people are seriously injured following a crash in Stuntney on the A142 at the junction for Ben's Yard.

The crash happened at around 11:50am on Saturday, March 2.

A grey BMW 218D was in a crash with a white Renault Scenic, which then collided with a white Peugeot Partner Van. 

An 18-year-old girl from Burwell, who was a passenger in the BMW, was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the BMW, a 42-year-old woman from Burwell, a man and a six-year-old child, also in the BMW, suffered minor injuries.

The driver of the Renault Scenic, a 63-year-old man from Cambridge, was also taken to Addenbrooke's with serious injuries.

A passenger in the Renault Scenic, another 63-year-old man, has also been taken to Addenbrooke's with serious injuries.

The driver of the Peugeot van, a 76-year-old man from Sutton, and a passenger, both suffered minor injuries.

Sergeant Steph Corletto, from the road policing unit, said: “This was a nasty collision which has left three people seriously injured.

“The A142 by Ben’s Yard was very busy at the time of the crash so I am appealing for anyone who saw what happened or has dashcam footage of it to come forward.”
