The Rotary Clubs of Ely are encouraging local organisations to sign up for the annual Aquafest, which is set to take place on July 7.
Aquafest, which takes place every summer in Ely, sees people from pubs, sports clubs, churches and schools build a raft and take part in a timed race to win trophies.
The Rotary Clubs of Ely, who run Aquafest, are also looking for raft builders for the big day.
A spokesperson said: "If you have some experience and skills in building craft that can float on water, now is your chance.
"The club is hoping that a group of enthusiasts may be set up to help newcomers in the task."
The Aquafest rafts can be made of anything - whether it be empty barrels, planks, or even replicas of Ely Cathedral.
The Rotary Clubs can provide buoyancy aids and paddles for the crews taking part.
Ely businesses and charities are also welcome to build a raft or have a stall at Aquafest.
Anyone interested can contact the Aquafest Committee Chair, Viv Doji, via elyrotary.co.uk
