A UK chart-topper and X-Factor winner has been announced as the next headliner at Newmarket Nights for 2024.
James Arthur will be performing at Newmarket Nights on Friday, August 2, 2024, 10 years since his last gig at the venue.
This one-off performance will be straight after the launch of his new album, Bitter Sweet Love, and his sold-out European tour, which includes two nights at The Wembley Arena in London.
His cover of Shontelle's Impossible went straight to number one in the UK Official Singles Chart and sold over two and a half million copies worldwide.
He has since had a UK Number-one single with Say You Won't Let Go and the accompanying UK Official Album Chart Number-one Back From The Edge.
The performer is the latest name announced for Newmarket Nights 2024, joining Becky Hill, JLS and Busted.
Mr Arthur said: "Playing live is one of my absolute favourite things to do, and it’s made even better when it’s outdoor shows in the summer evenings.
"I had an amazing time at Newmarket Nights 10 years ago and can’t wait to see you all."
