Littleport Bowls Club has one of the finest greens in the country.

And acknowledging it’s the best in the county on Sunday October 29, their greenkeeper David Page received the 'county merit award' at the Bowls Cambridgeshire County Luncheon and prize presentation.

91 members of bowls clubs around the county attended the prestigious event, which was held at Girton Golf Club.

Trophies were presented by Bowls England president Mr Deepack Tanner and past president Eileen Taylor.
