Firefighters were called to the scene of a car blaze on the A142 last night (Wednesday July 12).
One crew from Ely was called to the fire, which happened near Stuntney, at 8pm.
They arrived to find a car well alight.
Wearing breathing apparatus, they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their station by 9.30pm.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
