A "lovely and integral" member of the team at Pet Doctors in Soham who "goes over and above every day" has celebrated her 20th year with the company.
Rowena Hope, who is currently a receptionist but has also worked as a patient care assistant, received flowers, a card and certificate in recognition of her long service.
She started in February 2003, working for a small practice called Staploe Veterinary Surgery, which this was bought by Pet Doctors in December 2003.
Sharon Day, practice director at Pet Doctors, said: "Rowena is usually the first person our clients see when they arrive.
"She is incredibly warm and welcoming with a big smile. Clients really love her.
"She is also a helpful and supportive colleague who goes over and above every day to support our pets, owners and colleagues with her big smile and extensive knowledge.
"Congratulations Row, we look forward to working with you for another 20 years."
Pet Doctors, which welcomes dogs, cats, rabbits and small mammals, also has veterinary practices in Ely and Burwell.
