A LITTLEPORT teenager has admitted actual bodily harm and aggravated burglary in a November 13 attack.
The 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty alongside 26-year-old Gary Smith from Arbury, Cambridge. Both denied two further counts of actual bodily harm, which was accepted by the judge. They will be sentenced at the end of the trial of Martin Abbs, who is accused of raping two under-age girls in the same incident, which happened at a Littleport family home on November 13 last year.
Abbs, 30, of Hazelwood Close, Cambridge, faces nine counts of rape, and one count of aggravated burglary. He did not enter a plea and will stand trial at Ipswich Crown Count on May 11.
