TWENTY-one-year-old Ryan Hinchliffe has admitted two Fraud Act charges, relating to stolen cheques.
Hinchliffe, of Mayfield Close, Ely, pleaded guilty to committing fraud by false representation on June 13, by presenting a stolen cheque, intending to gain �100.
He further admitted an allegation of attempted fraud by false representation, by presenting a stolen cheque to Lloyds TSB Bank at Ely on June 15 in an attempt to withdraw �100.
City magistrates adjourned his case for sentencing at Wisbech courthouse on July 21.
