WITCHFORD born, Milly Coe died on January 29 at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, aged 92. She married Hubert Coe in 1939 and the couple set up home in Stretham. After World War Two they moved to Witchford where she supported her husband in his trade of carpentry and joinery.
Mrs Coe also worked as a kitchen assistant at Witchford Village College before her retirement 30 years ago.
Mrs Coe leaves her daughter, Maureen Parrish of Wardy Hill, grandson Steven Parrish and great-granddaughter Ellie Parrish of Witchford.
The funeral took place on February 10 at Cambridgeshire City Crematorium West Chapel.
