ELY chef Stuart Hussey is swapping his pan for a pair of trainers as he prepares to walk 52 miles in a day for charity.
The 25-year-old, who works in the kitchen at the Lamb Hotel, in Lynn Road, will be leaving the city at 6am on Monday on route to Downham Market, via Stuntney and Soham.
He hopes to return back to the hotel by 10pm, to be greeted by colleagues and friends.
Stuart is hoping to raise £1,000 for Help for Heroes, a cause close to his heart as both of his grandfathers served in the armed forces.
