Not even the sky was the limit for pupils at Sutton Primary School this week as they explored the wonders of the universe.
As part of a whole week of themed activities, the youngsters made their own bottle rockets and solar systems, researched the planets of our solar system, learnt a rap about space and they even held a ‘parents do science’ afternoon.
At the end of the week, the children laid out a replica of the solar system in the playground and ran to Pluto and back to raise money for Sport Relief. By the end of the week, some £314 had been raised.
