Ely Triathlon Club are offering free swimming coaching at Paradise Pools during the summer holiday period.
The next two sessions available are Sunday August 3 from 6-7pm and Sunday August 10 from 6-7pm.
Amy and Daisy Bevis will be running the youth session for 18-25 year olds as part of the Living Sport Sportivate programme to encourage more young people to take part in regular sport and physical activity.
At least ten 18-25 year olds are needed to attend the sessions above. Anyone interested should email nigelbevis@gmail.com.
All ages are welcome to all the sessions.
