A motorist had to be cut free from a car following a collision on the A142 on Saturday.
Firefighters from Ely and Littleport were called to a stretch of the busy main road near Stuntney at about 9.15am.
A woman was trapped in a car that had gone into a ditch and firefighters used specialist rescue equipment to release her.
She was treated at the scene for injuries by the East of England Ambulance Service.
