Firefighters were called after a vintage tractor caught fire in Haddenham, on Thursday.
A crew from Ely was called to a farm in Aldreth Road shortly before 3pm following reports that the machine had caught fire.
A spokesman for Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “A vintage tractor was on fire and a hose reel was used to extinguish it by 3.13pm.”
An investigation revealed that the the cause of the fire was accidental.
