Witchford Village College hosted its first ever ‘Harry Potter Book Night’ this week.
An event enjoyed by thousands across the county, the event sees fans of JK Rowling’s popular series of books treated to an evening of games, activities and quizzes.
And students at the village college really entered into the spirit of the occasion by dressing up as their favourite characters from the Harry Potter books.
The event was held in the school library and saw appearances from the Sorting Hat and the famous Platform 9 3/4.
Jeremy Simmonds, from Witchford Village College, said: “On Harry Potter Book Night, students shared the wonder of JK Rowling’s unforgettable stories and, most excitingly, introduced the next generation of readers to the unparalleled magic of Harry Potter.”
