Kurt Lee, Stein Stubbings and Giles Philbey, colleagues at the Littleport branch of McColls, joined 363 Motorcycle Club member Donald Bissett to brave the barber’s clippers.

The head shave took place at Saturday’s successful ‘Crowning Around’ event at the the Crown Inn pub in Littleport.

All four brave men had their heads shaved and donated their precious locks to the Little Princess Trust, a charity based in Hove which makes wigs for cancer stricken children to wear during their courses of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

“Once the sponsorship money comes in from everyone we are looking to have collected about £1,000, which is going towards Cancer Research charity,” said Mr Lee, who’s grandfather was diagnosed with prostate cancer nine years ago but died last October.
