East Cambridgeshire Police are trying to identify a woman in connection with the theft of a mobile phone at Ely Cathedral last month.
Police wish to speak to the woman, who was captured by the cathedral’s CCTV, after a phone was stolen from a bench outside the cathedral during a visit on Saturday October 24 at around 2.15pm.
The cathedral is open to the public every day and also holds events and services on Sundays.
Anyone with information should call 101.
