An elderly woman was taken to hospital after being hit by a reversing car in Ely.
The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) received a call at 10.05am on Friday to Market Street, Ely, following a report of a collision between a car and pedestrian.
A rapid response vehicle and ambulance crew attended to a woman in her 70s who was conscious and breathing.
She had suffered a head injury and was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge for further treatment.
An ambulance service spokesman said: “Her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or serious.”
