Ely City Museum took a step back in time on Saturday, presenting an Iron Age Day full of family friendly activities.
Throughout the ancient activity day, children and adults alike tried their hand at pouch making using Stone Age equipment and materials, as well as painting art from the historical period.
An Iron Age weapons smith was also on hand, to help visitors learn about his trade.
People also took their time at Bronze Age braiding and dressing up in historical costumes.
Sarah Brown, Ely Museum curator, said: “The activity day seemed to go down very well.
“We had around 50 visitors, which is pretty good for January.”
Ely City Museum’s next event, a children’s activity day, takes place on February 18.
