Burwell Museum and Windmill is to celebrate the beginning of autumn with its annual Fen edge harvest fair this month.
A BBQ, tours of Stevens’ Mill, local history talks, stalls and rides will all be on offer on September 17 from 11am to 5pm.
A spokesman said: “The trustees of Burwell Museum and Windmill invite you to our autumn celebration of food, families and the Fens! Enjoy short local history talks and baking demonstrations, make your own Fen medicines and try local food and drink.
“The Burwell Museum Trust was formed in Burwell in 1982 by a small group of like-minded people with an interest in local history, to set up a museum providing the public a glimpse of what life was like in a village on the edge of the Cambridgeshire Fens in the past.”
