THE Crown Prosecution Service has discontinued a dangerous driving charge previously denied by Soham man Reginald Earwaker.
It had been alleged that 49-year-old Earwaker committed the offence when driving an Audi 80 on the A142 at Witchford on January 14.
He still faces allegations of driving while disqualified and failing to stop for the police on October 25 last year, and possessing amphetamine on January 31, which are all denied. Those charges were adjourned until April 6 by Ely magistrates on Thursday.
*Earlier this month Earwaker was jailed for a total of five months for offences including driving while disqualified and without insurance, failing to stop for the police, and possessing cocaine.
