VICE-president Ann Few chaired the June meeting. There were apologies from president Joy Smith. Jerusalem was sung and the minutes and correspondence were read. Hearing Dogs for the Deaf thanked us for the donation of £66. Sylvia was welcomed back after her knee operation.
Surprise speaker was member Jean Adamson, who talked about the old White Lion, one of the oldest buildings in Stretham. Vote of thanks by Win Tunnah.
The evening ended with refreshments and a Toucy-Feely-Smelly quiz, identifying herbs, organised by Ann Few and won by Maureen Bull.

Stretham WI made £160 with their cream teas on Fathers' Day. A cheque will be going to Milton Hospice.
