A MOTORIST who crashed into the back of a car on the A10 at Stretham had never passed a driving test, magistrates were told.
Tristran Karam braked hard when he noticed a queue of traffic ahead of him but failed to stop in time, he told Ely courthouse.
Pleading guilty to careless driving, and driving without a licence or an MoT certificate, Karam, 27, of Beche Way, Landbeach, was fined a total of £150 with £60 costs.
Five points were endorsed on his driving record.
