THE Rev Pauline Scott led our family service for harvest, during which gifts of non-perishable goods were collected. These will be donated to Jimmy's Night Shelter. We were pleased to be joined on this occasion by the band of local musicians who provided the music for our worship. The service was followed by a 'bring-and-share' lunch in the church.
Our sincere thanks to everyone who supported our Gift Day on October 14.
On Sunday, there will be a service of Morning Praise at 9.45am. The Sunday School will meet in church at 9.45am, moving to the upper room after a short talk.
On Mondays at 9am there is a short service of Morning Prayer in St George's Church followed by coffee at 9.30am.
