A LEADING Littleport dance teacher is on the hunt for better facilities.
Belinda Howe, who runs the Fabulous Feet School of Dance at Young People Littleport, in Granby Street, said: "We are having to hold our Christmas show so far away from where we rehearse because the primary school at Parson's Lane has been knocked down and replaced with a small stage not suitable for our performances.
"Dance is growing in the area but there is no affordable performance area in Ely and many schools are struggling to find or rent adequate facilities."
This year Fabulous Feet has hired Beechurst Hall, in Soham Village College, for the show on December 15, forcing families to travel further to see their children perform.
INFO: Tickets for the dance performance priced at £6.50 are available from Amanda on 07904 597704.
