A £200 fine was imposed on Little Thetford teenager Jack Butler when he admitted driving without insurance or a licence, and failing to produce an MoT certificate to the police.
Butler, 19, of New Close Road, also had six points endorsed on his licence by Ely magistrates, and was ordered to pay £35 costs and a £15 surcharge.
