MAGISTRATES gave disabled Jessica Green an absolute discharge for motoring offences this week, after hearing that she was banned from driving just a day after she was stopped by police.
Green, 21, of Kingfisher Drive, Soham, had admitted driving her Motobility Vauxhall Astra with a broken windscreen and a defective rear lamp, and failing to produce her licence and insurance to officers.
"I could not produce the documents because I got disqualified from driving," she explained. "The car was taken away from me, so I could not get it fixed.
