SOHAM pair Nigel Driver and Geoff Fisher cycled 530 miles in three days, raising more than £2,000 for Epilepsy Action.
The ride was all the more poignant for Mr Driver who discovered he was epileptic after planning the trip.
The pair cycled from Amiens in northern France to the upmarket ski resort of Alpe d'Huez.
"I can't say that we actually cycled all the way, I had to use Geoff's bike for part of the journey over the Alps," said Mr Driver. "But I did manage to stay puncture free."
The duo were joined by Mr Fisher's brother-in-law David Barker from Oxford.
