THE Ely Imps will be performing at May Day Concert at Ely Cathedral on Saturday, May 3.
The concert, featuring world-renowned clarinettist Julian Bliss, will hear the youngsters, aged between eight and 13, singing alongside Ely Cathedral Boys Choir and Ely Sinfonia.
The Imps, directed by Paul Trepte, are busy rehearsing for the event, which is the biggest in the cathedral's calendar.
The Imps are made up of 86 children from all over East Cambs and busy rehearsing for the event next month.
Director Paul Trepte said: "They are all looking forward to performing at such as prestigious event. We do have a good spread of boys and girls, but we would encourage anyone who is interested in joining the group to get in touch."
INFO: Tickets for the May Day Concert are priced from £30 for the premium tickets, which include Octagon seating and an invitation to join Julian Bliss for an interval drinks reception in the Lady Chapel.
