James Mansfield, 23, of The Southerns, Ely, was caught driving with 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, nearly twice the legal limit, on August 10. He pleaded guilty at Ely magistrates on Tuesday and was fined £150, made to pay £50 costs and a £15 victim surcharge. He was told his driving ban would be reduced by four months if he took a drink-drive rehabilitation course.
