SOHAM businessman David Dawkins is raising money for Liam's Fund by giving people the opportunity to grab their 15 minutes of fame.
Mr Dawkins will open a new wine bar at the end of the month.
He will transform his café, Poppies, into the Churchgate Inn, with a grand opening ceremony on November 30.
He is currently holding a raffle, and one person will win the honour of cutting a ribbon to officially open the new business and also have their name engraved on a plaque.
Anyone can enter by dropping into Poppies, on Churchgate Street, and paying £1.
Mr Dawkins is raising money for CLIC Sargeant, the transplant unit of Addenbrooke's Hospital and the Highfields School, Ely.
