I WOULD like to agree with Teresa Lloyd's disgust about the date on which this year's Ely fireworks display was held. November 11 was the wrong date to hold the event. This is the night when we want to remember our loved ones. Surely we could have cancelled the event for one night to allow people to be in prayer with our boys.
I brought up seven children and I taught them that this was a day to remember and to pray for those who are fighting for us all and may not come back.
