Where are our wheelies?
I WRITE on the subject of alternate weekly bin collections. I guess it is only a matter of time before it is introduced every where. I have seen the Government report that said it was safe, but lurking in the small print it said when using bins . So when

So when are we going to get wheelie bins then?
Bags are not animal proof and my bags are usually ripped apart after 10 minutes of being put out. I cannot see bags being safe from vermin for two weeks. So, does this mean the money saved by collecting every two weeks will be spent on introducing wheelie bins?
