I guess it is only a matter of time before it is introduced every where.
I have seen the Government report that said it was safe, but lurking in the small print it said "when using bins".
So when are we going to get wheelie bins then?
Bags are not animal proof and my bags are usually ripped apart after 10 minutes of being put out. I cannot see bags being safe from vermin for two weeks. So, does this mean the money saved by collecting every two weeks will be spent on introducing wheelie bins?
